Tansters Lactation Cookies are 100% Dairy and Fenugreek free. We left out the most common ingredient in lactation cookies because they are not necessary to increase milk production or maximum flavor.  Dairy is difficult for many babies to digest safely. They can lead to tummy troubles and explosive diapers. Yikes! Fenugreek is not recommended for mothers with thyroid issues and other health conditions. Breastfeeding Mamas don’t need more on their plate.
